The Premises license and Ticket-selling license are issued by the office of the Commissioner of Police. The Performance license is issued by the office of the Divisional Asst. Commissioner of Police.
If the government passed the proposal of rules and regulations then make an application affixing a court fee stamp of Rs.150\- on it and submit it along with the following documents.
1. Establishment Registration Certificate
2. Copy of partnership deed, if partnership firm.
3. Rent Receipt, if the place is on rent/lease
4. Bill of fire fighting equipment of current year
5. Ownership documents, if the premises is owned by the applicant.
6. NOC from the landlord or Society if the premises are residential.
7. Name, address and other details of manager / conductor, employees to be provided separately on the firm's letter head.
8. If establishment is a Company, copy of Memorandum of Articles.
9. Copy of the resolution under which applicant is authorized to sign and obtain the above licence from the Licensing Authority.
10. Copy of the current bill of payment made to ISP (Internet Service Provider) must be attached with the application.
11. No Licensee shall have any claim of whatsoever nature against my Government of Non-Government authority, on the basis of the Cyber Cafe License issued by Police under Cyber Cafe Licensing Rules
It will minimum two months to get a new Arms License.
Following procedure is to be followed
1. For inviting objections from the public, if any, the applicant is directed to - a. Display a Notice Board at the proposed site. b. Publish an advertisement in 3 newspapers.
2. One set of plans along with the application is forwarded to the local Police authorities for their remarks and also in-view of law and order.
3. One set of plans along with the application is forwarded to the Traffic branch for their remarks from the traffic point of view. After the reports are received, the licensing authority decides upon the application and the applicant is intimated accordingly.
It will take five months because:
1. Objections will be invited from the members of public by displaying board with details of the proposal at the site and the same will also be published in three local newspapers.
2. Enquiries will be conducted by the local Police station from the law and order point of view.
3. A report will be called for from the Traffic department from traffic point of view.
4. After completing the above procedure, a decision will be made and an NOC will be issued.

1. Plan of the proposed site indicating surroundings, roads and buildings up to a distance of 75 meters from the perimeter. Schools, hospitals, temples or other similar places should be clearly indicated in the plan along with floor wise plans (3 sets)
2. Certificate from the Collector for N.A. land.
3. Property card
4. Appointment letter of the architect.
5. Agreement between land Owner and Builder/Developer or Power of Attorney.
6. Copies of applications submitted to PWD and Buildings Proposals Department along with their remarks.
An application should be in writing affixing court fees stamp of Rs.5 on it. The application should be submitted along with certified copies of the following documents:
1. NOC from the Landlord.
2. N.O.C from the Traffic Police.
3. NOC from the Fire Brigade.
4. NOC from the electrical Inspector.
5. NOC from the Health Department of the BMC.
6. If there is a telephone, a certificate from the MTNL office.
7. NOC from the Collector.
8. Undertaking from applicant to observe The Provisions Of Cruelty To Animals Act-1960.
9. The plan (map) showing details of the premises where the circus will be held.
10 N.O.C. from P.W.D. Department.

3. Property card
4. NOC from PWD
5. NOC from the Chief Fire Officer
6. Appointment letter of the architect.
7. Agreement between Landowner and Builder/Developer or Power of Attorney.
